When you use the quote form

The form collects your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write about your project. We use it for one purpose: answering your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.

This site is configured to open your own mail application rather than send anything itself. Nothing you type into the form is transmitted to or stored by this website — your message travels through your own email provider, exactly as if you had written to us directly.

Audience measurement

None. This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile of its visitors.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not enrich it with data bought elsewhere.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for three years after our last exchange, so we can pick a project back up where it stopped. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate audience statistics contain nothing that identifies you.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, a restriction on its use, or a copy in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@terra-artisan.com — we answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Hosting and transfers

Hosting provider details to be completed before publication. Where a provider operates outside your jurisdiction, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
