The right machine at the right moment
Owning our own fleet is not about the machines. It is about being able to put the correct one on site on the day it is needed.
Twelve machines in our own park is not a boast, it is a scheduling tool. Hired plant arrives when the hire company can deliver it. Our own plant arrives when the programme needs it.
Sizing is a precision question
An oversized excavator on a tight residential plot damages more than it moves. An undersized one on a platform job turns a three-day cut into a week. Matching the machine to the parcel is the single biggest lever on programme duration.
Maintenance is scheduling
Every machine goes through planned servicing between mobilisations, not when it fails. A breakdown mid-cut does not just cost a repair — it costs the crew, the haulage booked around it, and the follow-on trade waiting on the platform.
The fleet exists so that the answer to “when can you start?” is a date, not a range.
